Update. Just had the shrim…. Update. Just had the shrimp diablo pizza. Wow!!!!!!!!!17 Mar, 2014I love this place. Eggplant parmigiana, linguinie with white clam sauce, tomato basil soup and fresh rolls are all very good. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere and decor are nothing fancy. Just delicious local Italian food. Service is good also.

Horrible service! There was 1 waitress to wait on the entire restaurant so service was very slow. Was surprised to find the chicken Parmesan was a frozen breaded chicken breast with a slice of pre-packaged mozzarella cheese on top! Not authentic! This was our first and last visit to Armondo’s.
GREAT FOOD. Some of the best Italian I have had since being in Georgia. Doesn’t remind me of ‘Olive Garden’, but real NY style Italian. We had the Fetuccine Alfredo w/Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan. It was EXCELLENT. I have never ordered anything I did not enjoy, from Chicken or Veal Parmigan to Seafood Fra Diavlo.
Refused to honor restaurant.com certificate that was just purchased claiming they were no longer participating. Hostess was very rude and claimed to be the owner then said the owner told her not to accept reataurant.com certificates. Dishonest and unprofessional. I may have still tried the food had the service not disgusted me so bad.
Armandos is extremely overrated…the service was terrible. The decor and lighting does not reflect an Italian restaurant. The meals are over priced and were not that great…the seafood pasta had hardly any seafood. The chicken parm tastes like cheap frozen chicken. I will never go back.
