Don’t Knock it till you Try it. This place is definitely a dive – it is in the same strip with a shopping center and a really sketchy video store, and the decor is really cheesy, but the wings are SO GOOD. City Wings serves the biggest, best wings in Cartersville, hands down.
Food is great but be patient. I live 10 minutes away and it takes TWO HOURS to get them here. I had a girl hang up on me. Very unprofessional and slow, but like I said, food is great. Just remember to call a couple hours before you’re actually hungry.
Tortas and wings. The tortas cant be beat and their wings are the best I’ve had so far. Everything tastes fresh!

I stopped in and tried something other than wings and tortas. I tried the Chicken Chimichanga. It was very tasty, as well as the sides. The chicken itself was very flavorful. I look forward to trying other items.08 Sep, 2011I gave City Wings another try today while in Cartersville. I tried another torta, the Milanesa to be exact. It was very good, but I’d have to say that the Asada is much more tasty. I dined in and service was better than last time. I think next time I will try something other than a torta.19 Aug, 2011Terrific Tortas!. I was in Cartersville around lunch time so I stopped in at City Wings for the first time. I had read some of the reviews and noticed that it was very popular, so I wanted to try a torta and some of the wings. I had the Tortas de Asada, which was grilled steak, lettuce, tomato, white cheese, jalapeno, and avocado on a bolillo bun. FANTASTIC! The jalapeno is a nice touch, but I’d suggest leaving it off or having it on the side, so one can enjoy the seasoned steak, avocado, and cheese flavor combination. I also had Teriyaki flavored boneless wings which were mediocre at best. I’d like to give other flavors a try. The dressings are not home-made but come in pre-packaged cups……not too good. I got my order to go so I can’t comment on the service, atmosphere is your typical hole-in-the-wall type. I will advise that you should call ahead if you’re in a hurry. I waited on my order for 25 minutes, which was unfortunate, because I was in a hurry. The cashier did give me a free drink, so at least they are conscience of their customers waiting period. I didn’t complain, but she must have noticed the anxious look on my face. For this reason, I will not be too harsh. I believe this restaurant has alot of call-in orders. I would have been really discouraged about returning if the torta had not been good, but it was TERRIFIC!!!!!
Hole in the wall and dumpy atmoshphere at best. Fantastic wings (lemon pepper and traditional), good fries, cold beer and nice service. Id go back but would prefer take out!
City wings the bomb. I have drove frome rome many times to have the food at city wings, its great !!!!!
