Gross..disgusting. This was the worst delivery experience! I called exactly at 7:54PM! My order did not arrive until 9:37PM!!! Too late…too cold!!! My food was completely cold and dry! Steak was dried, flour tortillas were cold and hard! Never again!!! Beef tacos were soggy!!! Customer service is bad! Overpriced for such poor delivered food!! The young lady was rude over the phone! She told us to call back when the driver arrives and she would gives us a discount as I attempted to cancel the order due to it being way too late! I said okay, how nice of her! Instead we were lied to! Driver gets here and we try to call back repeatedly!!! She left the phone off the hook to leave it busy! Ridiculously rude! I suggest you correct all of this otherwise you will lose business for sure! You have successfully lost business from me!!
