***DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM KING PIZZA***The manager is a total prick! His employee did not listen and sent us the wrong soft drink. No big deal, shit happens. So I call back and ask them to bring the right one. The girl who answered said as soon as the driver got back she would send him back out. She said 15-20 minutes. An hour later I call back and the manager answered. I started telling him the problem and he put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. I waited 2 minutes and when he never came back I called back and was immediately put back on hold. So I call back again and the girl who answers is about to put me on hold but I ask for the manager before she can put me on hold. She apologized for my inconvenience and gets him for me. He gets on the phone and basically says he doesn’t have time to deal with my customer service issue because he has other people to wait on. He then said I must have ordered the wrong thing so this was my fault and not his issue. I worked in food service and retail management for the first 10 years of my working life. First rule of customer service is the customer is alway right. Even if they are wrong (which in this case I was not) they are right. Fixing their issue is first priority. Business analyst have proven that if 1 out of every 12 customers is unsatisfied it will actually affect profits. Long story short this business does not deserve our patronage. Pass this on. They won’t learn to respect their customers until they start to lose them.
