The worst experience ever!!!. My daughter and I have been to this restaurant several times and never had a problem with it but today was the worst experience we have ever had with a restaurant. I ordered the cheese ravioli and my daughter ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. When the food came out I had 4 ravioli on my plate and she had a portion for an 8 year old. The ravioli were not even close to an acceptable luke warm temperature the spaghetti had hardly any sauce on it and enough water in the bowl to make spaghetti soup, the meatballs didn’t have much flavor and also had water in them. When we said something about it the bill was adjusted because I was given a full portion of the ravioli and my daughter again had to tell them she was not happy with her dish. The owner Angelo comes out of the kitchen already with an attitude and said can I help you and when my daughter told him why she was unhappy he flipped his lid. He yelled at us and said fine don’t pay for it and when my daughter commented we wouldn’t be back he threw the bowl back at her and said fine if you ain’t coming back the you can pay for it or I will call the cops, after more yelling from Angelo the owner I told him he was being very unprofessional and didn’t need to be acting that way he jumped over my 10 month oils grandsons head threw his arms out and said I don’t care if you come back I got other people who love me to make my 100grand a year. When his who I assume was his assistant tried to pull hi away from and told us to leave he got in her face and screamed I am the damn owner you do what I say they either pay the bill or you call the cops. Needless to say we got stuck paying for less than par food!!!!! We will never return there

Food service fueled. These people can’t keep a restaurant open. Owner uses recipes from other restaurants he cooked in. Servers are miserable, dessert is ordered from food service purveyor. Nothing great here.
Love it. This place caters my place of employment every day. They are very friendly and have great strombolli s. I have even ventured into the restaurant and I enjoy that too. I always leave full.
No good. Ive been living in Cartersville 11 years I have ate here a few times…but today was horrible. I got the chicken parm…the sauce tasted so bad.. and im not even that picky. My co workers pizza was burned. It sucked. I will be eating Armondos from now on
Last night we ordered the Sicilian pizza, which is the thick crust pizza. The sauce, cheese and topping were wonderful. The crust was too dense and didn’t have great flavor. I love the crust but I couldn’t eat theirs. I prefer a thick crust that is a little lighter and fluffier with more flavor. We also got the fried pickle spears that were pretty good. They used a batter like maybe a tempura batter?? I wasn’t a fan of those. I like the light batter better. My friend liked them ok though. The delivery service was great. They said 45 mins to an hour, but they were here in 30. Overall good experience, the sauce is too die for. Next time I’ll try the thinner crust. Hopefully that will taste better!
A repeat customer.. I’ve been ordering from Angelo’s for around two years now and I can honestly say that it has the best pizza/calzones/strombolis within at least a 100 mile radius. They have decent wings too. Believe me, I’ve ordered from a lot of different places in north Georgia and nobody else even comes close in regards to how tasty the food is. Also, to counter the gentleman’s post that is just beneath mine, I normally order/pick-up from Angelo’s at least once a week and I’ve never had a bad experience when dealing with their employees, and I can only remember one occurrence (out of probably 100 orders) where they forgot to leave the green peppers off a pizza when I asked them to. The food is amazing and the friendliness/service is well above average, especially considering the overall volume of customers that they serve each day.
