Service is awful. The food at this chain is as good as to be expected from Pizza Hut. I’ve always loved their marinara sauce better than any other large pizza chain. However, our last 3 experiences (2 delivery and 1 in house) were all horrible. Both deliveries were extremely late and after eating in the dining room we realized why. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERS TO ANSWER THE PHONE! The phone rang VERY LOUDLY our entire stay and was rarely answered. Service inside was very suspect and it took more than 2 hours for a table of 4 to get in and out. This bad review falls on the owner and management. There seemed to be no one of any authority or training in the building.
