My husband and I had a great experience on our first visit to this restaurant. Our waitress was sooo nice and helpful. We had the chicken tenders for our appetizer, and they were definitely not frozen. We both ordered the French dip sandwich. It was very big and delicious. We both talked about this sandwich for a couple of days.
O’Charley’s . . . O’Noooooo!. My family and I arrived in Warner Robins for a conference and decided to go to O’Charley’s, for some reason, the first night we arrived. Our first warning hit us right as we walked in. The profuse smell of rank odor that has permeated the carpet immediately violated our nostrils. It can only be described as the smell of a filthy roach motel in Baton Rouge after hurricane Katrina. At least we were seated quickly! Our waitress was alright. She did not have much personality, but she was a bright and shining beacon of hope compared to our lack-luster meal. One person in our group received a salad that had a brown liquid in the bottom–similar to dirty dish water. At least we hope that was what it was! Once we received our entrees, the same person, bless him, had a steak that was supposed to be a medium temperature. It was WELL DONE. Also, the nachos that one of our party received had canned chili on them. Now back to the steak. We had it sent back and after the rest of us had nearly finished our food, the steak finally came back after about twenty minutes. Although it was finally cooked correctly, the attitude of the staff was not at all satisfactory. The manger only casually apologized and did not seem overly concerned. Our waitress seemed to have an equal amount of apathy. At least the steak was good afterwards. I can differently say that we should have never gone here. The place was packed, but I do not know why! Perhaps we got the wrong food. At any rate, it was a mediocre experience and I am not sure why we decided to go here. My advice, skip this restaurant and go somewhere else! If you do go, stick with a sandwich, burger, or other type of casual Americana fare. Try not to get too fancy because they might mess it up and lead you on an unexpected journey. No, not with Bilbo Baggins! More like the kind with Gollum in a dark cave eating raw catfish and goblin flesh.

Great food and service! Love this place come mostly on Sunday’s for brunch!
Prime rib pasta. Ocharley’s Primerib Pasta is amazing as well as the mudslide I had with it hands down one of my favorite places to eat!
