Close the doors or new management. The food is ok not the greatest had better, I live in chatsworth only place to get bbq (unless its after 8pm or 3pm on sat) which I find sad. I have never got good service inside or at the drive thru which I think is slower than a snails pace no one cares about the service unless you know someone there then you might get quicker service. I don,t and never will recommend this place to anyone, and the person that mentioned the red headed lady she needs to go asap have had bad experience also with her. please somebody held we need bbq with good service and open after 8 and 3 on sat open on sunday wow
Don’t ask to have tots instead of fries!!!. Asked the young lady at the register if I could get tater tots instead of fries with the special. She asked an older red haired woman about the menu change. A normal I’m sorry we can’t do that would have been fine. The multiple no! no! no! no! no!, shaking her head and acting like we were asking for something out of this world is what we got. The older woman walked off still saying no, slightly laughing as if we had offended her or she was appalled we had asked for such an incredible thing. Don’t go in and ask to change fries for tots (even though they are the same menu price) if the older red haired woman is up front. I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past but won’t be back because of this person. I will tell all I can about my experience, it was so uncalled for and unprofessional.
Saucy Bones in Chatsworth. The food is really good. Sometimes they do not put enough BBQ on sandwiches so you have to ask for extra. Not the friendliest service but food is good.
Its ok. The title sums it up , its just ok , not great , just ok.
Boiled. The bbq we received was boiled, and watery. I will be making the commute from now on. The beans were canned, etc. Not recommended.
