First off, I am a coffee efficianado. I visit more coffee shops in a week than most people do in a month. To put it simply, I love coffee. I visited the java cafe on Gaudette Rd. tthree times. The first time was alright, the second time I couldn’t believe the way that I was treated, and I couldn’t understand how anyone could mess a cup of coffee up THAT BAD! The third time made the second time look like exceptional service. If you’re a once a month coffee drinker, this place is for you, as long as you don’t expect to be treated like a human being. If you like coffee, or dislike being treated like a dog, then you should avoid this establishment at all cost. To the owners, please listen to my words: you need to TRAIN your staff in the art of espresso, as well as in the art if pleasantries, because the way I was treated at your store was UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE!
Great All Around. You can not beat this place. They have great soups, salads, sandwiches, bagels and coffee. The employees are always upbeat and helpful.The only wish i have is that they get Venti cups for their coffee cups.
