One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I got a veggie burger and was dismayed to be served what I’m sure was a boca burger. I could buy a whole box of boca burgers for what they charged. My carnivore husband got a regular burger. He said it was terrible and he isn’t picky at all, especially about burgers. I have to say that their guacamole was pretty good. I was surprised that it was fresh especially when everything else tasted like a frozen tv dinner. This is why I tend to avoid chain restaurants. Ick.
We ate here last night and we thought the food was very good! The service was good but not exceptional.
We don’t usually have issues when we eat in, though the quality of the food has deteriorated recently, but we had major issues when we ordered take out. First we paid $4.29 for cold, rubbery kraft mac n cheese off the kids menu, mind you the online menu made no mention of the mac n cheese being kraft. Second we ordered and paid for skillet queso that they did not put in our bag. I did not know about the state of the mac n cheese or the missing queso until we got home. I had to call the manager, explain the situation, and drive back to chili’s to pick up a different kids meal and my queso which was all cold when I made it home.
