The food and service was amazing. The Mac and Cheese and Thai Chili Chicken sounded like a weird combination, but the flavor was so good. Also recommend the buffalo chicken dip with the house chips.
Loved everything about it!. Decided to take a chance and try something different for the first time and glad I did! The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was great and the staff was very personable from the greeting when we walked in to the friendly followup by Brandon, one of the owners. Nikki and I had a wonderful evening and will be back soon, thanks for the experience!

The food is as bad as the smell at the bar. I tried to enjoy this place that people said was a good local hang out but I just couldn’t get past the vinegar, rotten smell at the bar. It was so bad, like dirty mops and old sweat socks. My drink was marginal and food not very Irish. Skip it.
Wife and I went the day before St. Patricks day for dinner. I had the Reuben and home made potato chips. Both were delicious. Wife had the boxty and said it was ok. We loved the peach cobbler. Will be back to this nice little locals bar.
Donovan’s is the best restaurant and pub I have ever been too! The place to be in Towne Lake! Brandon is an excellent and caring owner. Bartender Amanda is super hardworking and nice. Your glass will never go empty with her, and she pours a killer Guinness. The servers Nathan and Sarah are also diligent and courteous people. Never will I ever go anywhere else! Love this place!!
Shoes are to die for. If you haven’t tried Donovan’s signiature dishm you are doing yourself a great disservice. These cheesy, fry-loaded, succulent plates of amazingness really are a thing to behold. no matter what meat you get on them, you’re assured to enjoy it.
