Rude Manager. I have been eating here over a year and it’s been decent and local (in other words…we have no other choices). Service is beyond terrible and management is horrendous. We had lunch and it took over an hour to receive our meal. When I received the check I asked for a discount and they took $3 dollars off a $75 bill and the manager proceeded to tell me that I was there trying to get a free meal. I paid and left. I would encourage never visiting this restaurant.
Sushi and more. We go here for sushi mainly. Good prices and a great selection. This is a very popular spot, so expect a crowd. The only annoyance here is that at times you have to eat elsewhere because the wait can exceed 45 minutes. For the area, I haven’t found better sushi yet!

Worst Customer Service in Towne Lake. Wasted 1/2 hour and gas because they got re order wrong. We ordered 4 baked salmon rolls for take-out. When I got home, the Yummy sauce wasn’t there. I called and the solutions offered: 1. Let the baked rolls get cold while I come back to get the sauce, 2. Get a credit of a couple of bucks and keep/eat the rolls without the sauce (the best part), or 3. Go all the way back up there to return the rolls for a refund. I took the refund, and got the perfunctory apology. The manager didn’t seem to care about keeping me as a customer, so I guess I’m not anymore.
Disappointed. I initially thought I liked this place. Had the Panang curry chicken recently and definitely they withheld on the chicken. It was a very small portion. I had several sushi rolls today for lunch. The fish portions they put on the outside and the inside of the rolls are so small it is ridiculous. It appears they are trying to cut back on the amount they serve their customers in order to increase their profit margin which they are doing a good job of. I will not be returning and I work in Townlake. Don’t waste your money!
Good sushi at a great price (1/2 off popular rolls). Hibachi chicken wasn’t very good though. I think I will stick to sushi here.
