To go is the way to go. Ordered to go from here based on receipt of an email with a coupon and my desire to not cook for my family of 4 after a 40 hour work week, but also not wrestle our youngest son in to waiting for a table. To Go order a little tough to check and pick up since the bar was packed and the staff doesn’t have a designated area to help you but they were very nice and offered to pull each item out as I went. Our steaks were cooked just the way we ordered them, our potato toppings were all separated in to ramekins and we were give nice fresh salads. This is a win and very fast, we ordered from home and within 15 min our order was in hand.
How can you screw up Longhorn? It should be a decent/mediocre place… Poor-poor-poor service. They said 35 minutes but it took 90. I tried to point out a couple options and told them we would split our large party from 10 to 6 and 4. Never been in food service but I would have had us seated in under 1 hour. The steak was over-cooked…medium rare came out medium to medium well…very uneven. I usually try to find something positive???? My kids thought the waiters were funny…?the servers were fine (two college age guys) nothing was their fault. No need to go back to this location.
