  Our Favorite Restaurant. We are an American (Marietta) family who absolutely loves the food at Thai Ginger. My husband and I plus our two sons and grandchildren eat at this restaurant at least three times a week. We have never tried anything on the menu that wasn’t delicious. The food is very fresh, healthy, and well-prepared. The owners and staff are such nice, friendly people as well. Try this place–it’s the best!

  Excellent!! So glad I found it!. This is a great little Thai restaurant with flavorful food and very nice service. I am so glad I found this little gem of a restaurant after recently moving to the area. I started with the chicken and coconut soup and my husband and I shared the spring rolls. The soup was a wonderful combination of creamy tart spice and the spring rolls were nice and crisp. I had the chicken panang curry with nice crunchy vegetables and rice on the side. My husband loved his hot drunken noodles. We went on a Friday night so it got a bit busy towards the end of our meal but everyone could not have been nicer or more helpful!

  First time, will be back. This was our first visit for my wife and I and it was quite good. There were just a few tables for a Sunday evening (apparently they were busy at lunch) which was just fine for us because we had very prompt service. Our waitress was pleasant and on the ball. The food was delicious. My wife had the drunken noodles (at least I think that’s what they were called) and I tried a bit and it was really good. She liked it very much too. I had the chicken pad thai and I went for medium heat which ended up being a little too hot for me but I still enjoyed my meal but would go for mild next time. The owner came out and spoke with us and asked how our meal was and if we had any comments or feedback for improvement in the future and we really didn’t see any areas for improvement. It was an A+ experience for us and we will be back.

  Always Fresh, Always Yummy!. I found Thai Ginger on Waze when we moved to the area and I cannot stop going! The place is a little outdated, tables are set up cramped…but who cares because the food is AMAZING! Shrimp are plump, vegetables are crisp, and the prices cannot be beat. My husband and I go early for their early bird special to get the extra’s included. My favorite would be the veggie stir-fry and the Basil rolls. YUM!

  LOVE this place. Don’t let the smaller size fool you. I eat here with friends about one a week. Can’t get enough of the Thai Tea, and I usually order the Pad Khing (ginger) with chicken. If you go between 5:30 and 7:30, your dinner entree comes with soup and a spring roll, with ice cream after. Also their tempura cheesecake is to DIE for. Not to mention the servers are always extremely nice, and the food comes out pretty quickly. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

  Yummy food!. Thai Ginger is such a refreshing find out here in Acworth, GA! It is so delicious, but watch out, it is quite spicy, but the flavors still ring through and truely hits the asian spot you’re craving! The Bangkok Chicken is so good, and the heat can be dialed up or down if needed. The fried rice is so fresh, and if u want non-spicy the Pad Broccoli with choice of meat is delicious and healthy!
