Great food in an unexpected location. Don’t be misled by the slightly seedy locale: the Brockett Pub House & Grill might look like a dive from the outside (the former Barbara Ann’s), but it serves up excellent food along with a wide selection of beers, wine and cocktails, all at reasonable prices. In addition to a menu that offers lots of options, there are specials most nights of the week that are worth checking out. We went tonight for their crab cakes, which were truly outstanding. These have very little filler, just enough egg and saltine to hold the lump crab meat together. These were served with green beans (haricot vert) and a fantastic lemon slaw. The latter was actually my favorite part of the meal–bright flavors of white and red cabbage, red onion, corn, green apple and undoubtedly other elements. We’ll be back; you should too.

Brockett Pub Review. Surprisingly high quality cuisine, with herbs & vegetables grown fresh out front. Very friendly, environment; families as welcome as bar regulars. Many specials each week on various days, including various 3 course meals from around the globe. Prices are excellent; many meals under $ 10. Full bar. Friendly, laid back staff. A truly unique bar & restaurant.

Great Neighborhood Pub in Clarkston, Ga. Brockett Pub is a great place to sit back and have a beer and eat some awesome pub food (great burgers). They have a large beer and liqour selection. Brockett offers a deck for outdoor dining.This is a wonderful addition to Clarkston!
