Along side of Prater's Collectibles shop is a wonderful dessert style cafe. From Guatemalan organic fair trade coffee to Italian espresso, hot chocolates to chai tea, we have a hot drink for everyone. We offer rich wonderful chocolate truffle candies, salted caramels and southern chocolate covered nuts. Our fresh baked homemade biscotti is a local favorite. (It's made with eggs from our own free range chickens). When it's hot outside nothing beats our iced coffee's and lattes....Except maybe our cream sodas, cola floats, milkshakes and malts. Our hand dipped Mayfield ice cream comes from southern dairy cows and is great on a cone or in a bowl. We have approximately two dozen flavor syrups that we can add to your favorite hot or cold drinks. They can even be used to jazz up a special sundae treat. Some of the local favorites are dark chocolate salted caramel iced coffee, dark chocolate and strawberry milk shakes, German hot chocolate, pumpkin pie dirty chai, french vanilla latte, and peach mango iced tea. If you can't decide if you want hot or cold, try a Cup of Decadence. We take our supreme hot chocolate, add a huge solid scoop of old fashion vanilla ice cream, top it off with whip cream and chocolate syrup. You'll never forget it. Coming winter of 2015 we plan to offer new dessert and or pastry specials each weekend. From southern cobblers to ugly cakes just like Grandma used to serve. We are open on weekends and hope to see you very soon.
