  Good cookies. About the other review, no company is responsible for when someone gives them an incorrect address, why should they pay because someone sent you a gift they didn’t care enough about to give a correct address? How can a company know that the person didn’t care enough to give them a correct address?I like the basic cookies, not a fan of the frosting used on the cookie cakes but others like it.Have always found their staff to be friendly and helpful, it’s a Kosher bakery so is closed on Saturday (an annoyance to me, but it’s their store and seems to work for them)

  Birthday Cookie FAIL. I used to live in Marietta but now live in Denver. My mom sent me a birthday cookie from this place and they didn’t send it to the correct address so it didn’t arrive in time for my birthday and I had nothing to share with my friends or co-workers. When it did finally get here (almost a week after my birthday), it was stale and disgusting. (And delivered to my NEIGHBOR’S apartment.) Who wants to eat a stale and disgusting birthday cookie alone? Who wants to be the weirdo pushing week-old birthday cake on people who already celebrated your birthday with you on the proper date? Nobody.My mom called Ali’s cookies but they refuse to refund her money. Instead, they said they are willing to send another cookie–which will now arrive a half-month after my birthday. Ummm it’s a little too late for that. What horrible customer service. I wouldn’t let anyone who can’t correctly copy an address handle my food. If you want a really great cake in the Marietta area, go to Alpine Bakery…or basically anywhere else. But seriously, Alpine Bakery is delicious and they don’t treat their customers like crap.
