Lunch Buffet. Buffet was to expensive considering what you get. The salad bar was lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheese and croutons. We had a choice of three pizzas for the hour we were there. The meal was $7.99 and $2.35 for a soda. Way to much and not that good.
Excellent pizza!. If you like Chicago pizza, this is the place for you. Great atmosphere, wonderful service and fantastic pizza!
Authentic Chicago Pizza. Most people think of Chicago Pizza as the stuff variety but if you ask locals they will tell you that the thin crust is by far the most popular. The review for this restaurant are predictable, those who are not from Chicago don’t seem to like it a whole lot but those who are from Chicago love it and don’t mind paying more for it. Sure, you can get a pizza for $10 from one of the many chains out there but for a true taste of Chicago, this is the best in Atlanta and I’ve tried almost all of them. For you’ll not from Chicago, I don’t expect you to understand but it’s all good!
Not a bad place but overpriced for what you get compared to the other local pizza spots.
Angry Making. It’s not often that a restaurant meal makes me angry the moment it’s placed in front of me, but that was the experience today. I ordered a small, but quite expensive, antipasto salad. I was not expecting almost a cup of sliced grocery store olives, a few sort of OK Peperoncini, and then perhaps 2 oz of meat and cheese, very artfully arranged on an overwhelming mound of iceberg lettuce that could easily have been the entire head! The waiter must have sensed I was overwhelmed by this mound of food in front of me and nicely brought a small salad bowl. But by this time, I was quite angry – how on earth was I going to eat this? The bottom line – the separate bowl helped a little, but not enough for me to enjoy the salad. I picked at the olives and meats, ate a bit of the boring iceberg lettuce and wrote the meal off as a huge waste of money.Hubby’s pizza looked nice, but with perhaps a bit too much sauce. I think my total disappointment spread to him and he didn’t really enjoy his meal either. We won’t be back.
Taste of Home. So glad it is here. Tastes just like home without the airfare.
It was just OK….. Went here because of the great reviews. I will only review based on what I ate and the service. My friend and I walked in and we were not greeted and took it upon ourselves to sit anywhere we wanted. We decided to try the stuffed pizza and the hot wings. The hot wings had a tangy taste but overall it was not bad. They were very generous with their ranch dressing. The Pizza was good. The tomato sauce was sweet and the pizza dough was cooked well. Overall, the pizza tasted ok. Nothing really special.
