First thing I would like to say is that the cheese grits are fantastic as well as the other breakfast food! I just recently moved to east cobb a few months ago and I have been getting my breakfast there a few times a week. It is the best breakfast spot in town I have found so far! The only downside when I go is that almost every time I’ve been in the girl on the taking my order looks so unhappy and wants me to hurry up so she can go home! I have yet to see her smile or make me feel welcomed! She sadly reminds me of droopy the dog! I hope she becomes happy and makes customers feel more welcomed! Other than that great food!
I have to admit, if the food is excellent I am willing to endure both TVs being on FoxNews. That being said, I won’t be visiting there again. Their biscuits are not that good, not even if they changed the station. Sorry.
Yummy and Reasonable. We’ve heard people talk about this place for awhile so we finally went for Sunday breakfast and weren’t disappointed! The place was packed but it moved really quickly. A friend told us to try the cheese grits, which were really amazing, and I don’t even like grits. Ham, egg and biscuit was tasty too. We’ll be back, for sure. Yum and easy on the wallet.
Ugh! Frozen biscuits and McDonald’s sausage patties. I was expecting better in my first trip.
I’m a Fan. Tried it one Saturday morning on a lark and have become a definite fan. Biscuits are very good and available in all the usual types. However, it’s the cheese grits that steal the show. They are fabulous. The nest best thing about the place is the very friendly atmosphere. Lots of smiles and courtesy and what is clearly a family-run operation. Amidst all the chains and franchises it’s nice to see a mom-and-pop type place doing such a nice job.
Finally a decent hamburger!. Hubby went for lunch a few weeks ago and was so excited he had found a place that had a decent cheeseburger that he had to text me at work about it. I decided to see if he was for real and I was so surprised. I had a hamburger that tasted like a hamburger! Nothing pretentious – just good beef cooked perfectly, a good bun and some mustard and ketchup. And pickles. YUM.I’ll be back!
Good Food!. I went there for the first time last Friday and I thought the cheeseburger and fries were very good. The atmosphere there was very friendly. I would definitely go back there.
