Just your average Chinese take-out **/****. There was nothing notable about the food, but if your hungry and this place is close by, by all means go for it. It delivered solid but average Chinese with decent value.
Absolute best take-out Chinese food around. I do not understand how someone could give this place a bad review. If I order Chinese take out from anywhere else, I’m always disappointed.
What an absolute joke…… So, American Chinese cuisine for the most part tastes like it came out the Restaurant Depot sometime within the last week, and the establishments use those giant woks to heat up the food and sauces. No problem… I’ve accepted that. It’s ample enough when you’re singing the ‘What’s for Dinner?’ song at five o’clock. The only time when I can’t handle this so-so food is when the employees are as mindless as the Publix shopping carts in the parking lot.This is place is close to where we live, on the way home, and not awful for the most part. The problem is they screw something up EVERYTIME we order from them. They have forgotten items (yet never forget to charge for them), sent us the wrong order totally, and have spoken accent-free until you start to complain. Once you complain, they act as if are speaking a language never before heard on Earth. Tonight, my wife ordered in the store and said she would be right back to pick it up. After waiting 30 minutes AFTER she came back in, she paid for the order and drove home. When we open the bag of course we’re missing something. I was so angry that I called them and requested that they deliver the item they charged us for, which never happened either.There are many Chinese restaurants near this one that offer better food and are not operated by total morons. I don’t say that to challenge their intelligence… they are more careless than stupid, and sure as hell don’t care if they retain your business or not. If they are this mindless about their customer service, I’m starting to wonder about how they handle their food.
WANT A REFUND. China House should change their logo to WORST CHINESE FOOD IN TOWN!!! It was my first time trying China House and the food tasted HORRIBLE..I ordered house special fry rice, beef and broccoli and this was a Waste of Money. After my first bite I had to TRASH the remaining meal! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHINA HOUSE TO ANYONE…
It’s Good American-Chinese Food. Family-style decent American-Chinese food. Reliably good and fresh. Whenever we need solid Chinese, this is always a good choice. Delivery is a bit slow, though, so go get it take-out.
