We waited for an hour when told a table would be available in 30 min. Every time that we asked the host (who said we were next up) we were told that the computer had assigned us a table that should be available at any minute. In the interim, tables of 2 to 4 in locations where the tables could be pulled together where seated in-front of us. Clearly, employees lack ability or motivation for service.
Food is great but service is terrible.. The past few times we’ve been we are stuck with a poor waiter. Usually they ignore us for the first 10 minutes after being seated, and after that we don’t see our biscuits till the meal arrives. Want your drink refilled? Unlikely. This is a repeat problem.

It is a good destination, sometimes service at this location can be less proactive with their customers. However the food is average cracker barrel quality.
Mmmm…. Can’t beat some good Cracker Barrel. Hashbrown casserole is the best. And meatloaf. And their biscuits. Oh man, I’m hungry.
Hmmm. Good food, very good service, but I came on a poor pest control day. Don’t let that dissuade you from eating here. It is very seldom I have any issues with this restaurant, and most issues revolve around overcrowding. Just don’t let them seat you near the back door. johnbickford.wixsite.com
