Horrible place ever!! Ordered my food took so long to get here NOT only was my whole entire order wrong I called up there to speak with a manager couldn’t even do that said he couldn’t speak English. So they tried to give me only 5$ store credit. Ummm 5$ when I ordered 20$ of food…..never again. They suck and poor service and rude!!!
Next Time, We’re Ording Pizza.. It was a Friday night and yes they were busy but they took over an hour to deliver the food and the man on the phon3 kept putting me on hold. Overall, the food was decent but the sweet and sour chicken isn’t what you would imagine, it was like dumplings and sauce that look like orange juice in a separate container. the kids didn’t like it. I was starving so I don’t know if I just settled.
No thanks!. If you are looking for bland food that is delivered at room temperature than you have found the right place! Overcooked, cold and bland….not a good combination for us!
Just picked up our order, missing items again. Will not be returning. Besides, there is better food for the money in this area.
For the first time the service was bad. The American girl answering the phone(lunch) was a real Bitch! No substitutions were allowed for anything and after having $30.00 of food delivered there wasn’t even one pack of soy sauce let alone any other condiments . Never again. Back to House of Lu 🙂
Good for take out, not dine in. Low calorie options also on menu. Fast service. Good food.
