Food was pretty good. But the craft/specialty drinks we tried were weird. We ended up just ordering a good ole screw driver and stayed away from any of the specialty cocktails after 2 in a row kinda sucked.
Great atmosphere. Feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Sat at the bar as I was dining alone. The bartenders were so friendly and knowledgable. I’m not a drinker but the convinced me to try the mulling sangria! Great for a cold day like it was. For dinner had the hanger steak frites. AMAZING!!! Steak medium was beyond perfect! I will be visiting again!
I was disappointed given the rating on this restaurant. Ambience was okay but seating was atrocious. I am average size but the chairs are flimsy little chairs like you would find at an ice cream parlor. Drinks were generous and reasonably priced. Appetizers were average. Salad-baby lettuce with feta, pears and walnuts was excellent. Seafood special-halibut was very good. Bone in pork chop was a disaster. I received it barely cooked and virtually raw. I love raw beef but never pork. I sent it back and it came back very rare. I gave up and ate some of it, got pissed and left shortly after. Waiter CJ was very good. Will never go back.
