Visited World of Beer with some friends and was somewhat disappointed. The restaurant was pretty empty, especially for being close to Kennesaw State. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We arrived around 9:00pm, and were advised that the kitchen closed at 9:30pm. We ordered their tater tots as an appetizer and two burgers, amongst a variety of beers. We were told that their tater tots are one of the most popular items on the menu. When the tater tots came, I was extremely disappointed. They were extremely cheap tasting, and tasted like poor bar food. The burgers were equally awful. The meat quality was sub bar, and the inside was not cooked well enough, while the outside was burnt. The beer selection is fantastic, but the prices are high. Our tab was about $50.00 not including tip. Would not return.

Great atmosphere! Wide selection of beer (bottle and draught) which seem to rotate frequently, and everything that I’ve order to eat has been very tasty. I especially like the ahi tuna street tacos! The servers are always helpful and nice, though I haven’t seen a hostess yet so it may take a minute before they see you sit down but a manager will usually come over to greet you if a server hasn’t. WOB is a fantastic addition to Chastain!
Never Again.. We came here for Team Trivia one night. We had seen them in Destin and Savannah but never stopped by so we figured we would try the Kennesaw location. We will not be returning. Service was so bad. We sat down for about 10 minutes with no server checking up on us. If it wasn’t for my husband getting up and asking for service we would have sat for another 10 minutes I’m sure. Then halfway through the meal our server was switched and rarely came back to see how we were doing. Lastly, their food is way over-priced and not good at all. We first ordered the crab cakes. I took one bite and couldn’t finish the rest they were so awful. I then ordered wings because hey, how does a place screw up wings?? Well WOB found a way. We ordered the buffalo wings and couldn’t even stomach more than 1 wing each. The meat was undercooked while the outside/skin was so crunchy. The wing just gross.They definitely need to step up their game if they are going to compete with Taco Mac and Marlow’s.
Disappointing. They have a huge beer selection but Not worth the $. Menu is limited and food not very good, service was slow, despite few customers. Not a great vibe. Also they are closed on Sundays. I recommend Taco Mac or Marlow’s.
