Just awful…. Went in for dinner on a Wednesday night. No tables available (usually a pretty good sign) so I sat at the bar. The bar service was prompt but a little off-putting as I am not particularly comfortable with a bartender who shakes my hand and demands to know my first name (which he promptly forgets anyway). None of this would have been a big deal. It was the food that did it.Started with their oyster appetizer (on the evening specials menu)…no oysters. Ordered the tuna for my main course…no tuna.I ended up getting the blackened fish tacos and white truffle macaroni (strange combination, I know). The tacos were just awful. Little chunks of dry and utterly flavorless white fish in a messy looking pile of cabbage with a dab of bland salsa. Terrible. I could only manage two bites before giving up. The white truffle macaroni was: a) not macaroni, b) horribly overcooked, and c) completely without the flavor of truffle. Presumably the recipe called for a little white truffle oil for flavoring? Never made it to my portion. Oddly, my new best friend, the bartender (sorry, what was your name again?) didn’t even raise an eyebrow at my completely uneaten food. Made me wonder if he was accustomed to the sight of untouched food.Anyway. The place is a chain and I should have known better. There just aren’t a lot of places to choose from in this city but I won’t be back to this one.

Just on par. Took a very good friend and his wife her for his birthday, this was their first time being to a bonefish. The bang bang, and calamari were outstanding as always. We had shrimp, scallops, ahi, a steak dish, and the seared tuna. Overall the main dishes were just on par . It wasn’t special and the server certainly did not try to make the trip special either. She didn’t even say Happy Birthday. She also wasn’t very educated on the dishes themselves as my friends wife had questions being her 1st time and all. Our bill was $235.00 and I left really unsatisfied. I will go back but will address issues with management.

This has and always will be my go to place when traveling. Service is always excellent and never disappointed with my food. Yes it’s a chain, but a chain done very well! Service has always been incredible.

Not good service. Disappointing mothers day brunch. Made sample request to leave onions off of omelet and was told manager would not allow due being mothers day…WHAT!!! are you kidding. restaurant was half empty but told they use a mix for the omelets.. this was a lie as when omelet came it was a plain omelet folded over the onions…waiter had a attitude the whole time. Sad when restaurants like this treat patrons as if they are doing us a favor

Mostly Good. Our food has always been delicious when we go, but the menu selection is very sparse.

Every course was incorrect. I will never go back here again. The first time I was there the steak was seasoned so much I couldn’t taste the meat. The sangria was super sugary. We went back thinking it was a fluke and it was even worse. First the waitress was rude about my husband asking if they had a specific kind of fish. I ordered a martini and was brought a margarita. My husband ordered a side salad with dressing on the side. His dressing was on the salad. I ordered a salad for my main meal with the mango and dressing on the side. It came with two ingredients on the side (avocado, blue cheese) which were supposed to be on the salad and the mango, of course, was mixed in the salad. The portions of the ingredients they put on the side were incredibly little. The manager even handled everything after the margarita mix up and still these things came out wrong. I’m not sure if it was the waitress, the kitchen staff, or the manager but we will never return. We were hungry by the time the things came out wrong landed on our table and just ate it anyhow. I will say they did comp us the entire meal. When we insisted on paying for the food since we had eaten what was correct, he insisted it was on them and that he would rather us come back and give the restaurant another shot. It was almost in an overbearing way though. He even said if you come back you’ll like it and spend money and come back again so it’s worth us paying for this one.

Ms.. Had dinner with friend last night…everything was terrible. Fish overcooked, asparagus was tasteless, crab cakes fell apart, filet was full of tenderizer and consistancy was mushy. Garbonzo bean side dish was dry and tasteless. The only good thing was dessert….tira misu………….Will not go back. $104 down the drain………..never had we eaten such a poorly prepared dinner.
