Food was good but seem a bit overpriced for what you get. Spend over 150 and nothing was memorable. Service was slow, servers seem to be either constipated or unhappy to be there. Slow to get seated, take order and food service. The location is premier, not sure that they are living up to the expectations. Disappointed at every level.
Service was horrible the hostess was so rude. They thought their bad service was funny and the manager did nothing as he was too busy watching the basketball game. This place needs an overhaul.
Not worth the cost. I took my son to the airport to catch a flight to DC and we decided to have lunch at the Atlanta Chop House. My husband and I ordered burgers and my son ordered the grilled chicken salad hold the blue cheese crumbles. We waited a considerable amount of time before the food arrived and instantly there was a problem. Blue cheese crumbles were all over the salad. Because of his flight time, I swapped my burger with him. When the waitress came to check on us I told her of the mistake. The manager was there behind her and offered to replace the salad. I explained that replacement wasn’t an option because I had swapped plates with him and we didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes for a burger. When the bill came, instead of taking off the salad she had simply discounted it 15%. I wouldn’t go here again. The prices were very high ($3 sodas and $15 burgers), the wait was long and the service wasn’t anything to brag about. Next time, I will walk across the hallway to the IHOP and order a burger for half the price.
Food is Great, but the Wait Staff Service is Horrendous!
I ordered a prime rib sandwich – for $20- and it was quite possibly the worst 3oz of meet I’ve ever had…….cooked extra well done and 75% fat. Cold baked potato despite the fact that it’s in the middle if dinner hour. Two thumbs down
The salmon BLT was awesome … I will dream about this sandwich
