I went to the restaurant today 5/23/17, to redeem a Restaurant.com certificate I bought. The place is a dump! I wouldn’t eat there if they gave away the food free. From the front door and continuing everywhere inside this place was not just dirty but nasty. It even looked closed from the inside. They only had one filthy table that was shoved in the corner.I went in anyway and the person behind the counter said that they stopped accepting Restaurant.com certificates last night, 5/22/17. He was extremely RUDE! Don’t go there, you will be wasting your time!
Worst service, wrong orders, long wait. This place is horrible. It takes forever and they don’t even know their own business. I had a voucher from delta and the lady on the phone did not even know they accepted them and did not understand that it was in their ad that they did. it look 45min and 3 calls to get someone on the phone that knew i could use it and he war incredibly rude. he acted like i was an inconvenience and not a customer. took them over an hour to deliver cold food and the wrong beverage! would not order here again when i’m back in ATL
Horrible Service. I don’t know how long they been in business but they damn sure deserve to be shut down. NEVER AGAIN
I have never had such poor service. I am staying at a local hotel. I called over 2 hours ago and I’m still waiting on the pizza we ordered. When I called (for the THIRD time) 30 minutes ago, I was told it was out for delivery. The place is only 4 miles from the hotel! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
Delivery time is horrible! Was told 45 min. Took 2 hrs. Customer service was pitifull. Pizza is not that good either. Never will I order from here again!!!
Horrible customer service. U have to wait hours for delivery for a place thats right around the corner from u live. Horrible
