Milkshakes?. I visited this place for the first time. I ordered a burger; which was good and a milkshake. The bar was crowded and the waitress told me the beer was 7.00 a glass. My milkshake was 6.00. What upset me was I was eating there and they served me a milkshake in a plastic cup just like Mcdonalds! I was expecting their hand dipped milkshakes in a glass! Come on for the price serve it in a glass!
So don’t stop by this place if your in a hurry! This was 1st time coming here. No one to greet or seat me so I start to go in and asked do I seat myself or order at counter lady stated she would get someone to assist me while a couple was already waiting. Looking around there are a lot of disorganized employees standing around chit chatting. Finally the lady that seated me asked it someone came to take my order I said no and she did. The order came out quick. I ordered the Triple B burger was very good. I loved their fries. This place too pricey and service terrible! Save some money and get better service somewhere else!!!!
One of the worst places I have ever eaten ever for an airport restaurant. The food was awful but the service was even worse. Thankfully I had a 3 hour layover otherwise I never would have made it. How can it take 60 mins to burn eggs and undercook bacon?
Pulled pork sandwich was good but expensive for the portion, even by airport standards. Menu was smaller than I expected. I was charged for my drink refill but that was not mentioned when it was brought.
Phill was a great server. The wedge salad without bacon was a home run.
I had an hour layover. It took 35 minutes to get a chocolate shake. Never brought me any water. I had to ask the bartender for water. I asked for no baconOr tomato on the chicken sandwich and it came with both. The sandwich was less than sub par. While the server was friendly she never came to check on me after recieving the food and I had to wave her down in order to cash out.. Also- whoever is running BOH needs to realize that people are on a timeFrame get to their plane on timeFor boarding and 30 minutes for a shake and a grilled chicken sandwich is unacceptable. If it can’t be met in 20 minutes, change the menu items to fit the needs of your customers.
Service is fast (& friendly) but it means your $12 grilled cheese won’t be melted. No kids menu either.
