Worst airport fast food excellence! 2/28/15. Counter in front of registers was dirty and had scattered trash all over it. Staff was not courteous or friendly. They also did not warn us it was going to be a 12min wait for two hamburgers and fries. When we finally did get our order, it was combined into the same bag as the customer in front of us. Don’t worry – we customers separated it out. No apologies from the staff.The place is managed by The Grove, Inc., per the sign at the airport. Either the management is horrible at actually managing the facility or maybe the staff are severely under trained.

You cant go wrong stopping at Nathans.My order taker was the happiest friendliest person you could find at the airport. It was a real pleasure to meet her. I got a Sauerkraut dog with mustard and an order of fries. It was really good, the little resistance when biting through the casing, the juicy dog, and the flavorful kraut. It took a few minutes for the order to be filled as they made a batch of fries, so what I got was hot and seasoned. This was an excellent lunch.This Nathans in at the Concourse E food court just around the corner from the Caribou Coffee. I recommend it.
