  We were very excited to try what seemed to be a great restaurant when staying at the westin atl airport. However, when we were seated, it took the server at least 15 minutes to come take our drink order. This was not due to being busy, but because the server was more concerned with chatting with people at one table than tending to the rest of us. When the waitress finally got to our table, we ordered our meals and drinks. Because the waitress was still talking to the same table, she didn’t put in our drink order, so our food came out before the drink. The medium steak I ordered came out mooing at me. It was way undercooked. The waitress did not come to the table to see if we wanted anything with the steak or if our food was to our liking. We had to ask a bust boy to take the food back and then had to go find the waitress who again was chatting with another person working at the restaurant to ask for ketchup to eat with the food. The food seemed to be premade rather than made to order which is how I would expect a restaurant that costs so much to cook food. Once we finally got the drinks we ordered, my margarita tasted terrible. I had to put sugar in it just to down it. The waitress was very unprofessional. When we got our check, we were charged $14 for a top shelf margarita. We did not ask for a top shelf drink. The bread and butter were very good and the other wait staff seemed competent. I will never come to this restaurant again.

  Dinner. We stayed at the Westin for a volleyball weekend event. One night Palios had a special priced buffet for the guests. It was very good. We went back on our last night in Atlanta and ordered off of the menu. The food was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing. I recommend trying Palio if you are staying in the hotel.

  Standard over priced and just passable hotel food. People come here to eat because it’s raining and they don’t want to walk out to their car that’s parked in the too expensive lot. Oh and be sure to allocate plenty of time because you’ll need it. The service is glacially slow.

  Its in a really nice hotel, so don’t go unless you are prepared to dress nice and pay for parking.
