Carnitas taco is so dry it’s hard to swallow. And at almost 6 bucks per taco, I’ll pass next time. Don’t order a bottle drink, the cooler keeps them at a chilling 76 degrees Fahrenheit. On the bright side the line is pretty short most of the time.
A bit disappointed. Mediocre food, nothing like the hype I heard about the downtown location. Either that place is over-hyped or they didnt manage to get the quality carried over to the airport. Ive been twice. It wasnt bad, but nothing special. My tacos were a bit bland on both visits. I also got nachos on my second visit: these were pretty good, and I will probably go back sometime for nachos (but not tacos).

I mean it is airport food. When you are at the world’s busiest airport, there are going to be waits. You don’t expect restaurant dining either from a taco stand.So if you accept it for what it is, then it is an enjoyable meal. The food is definitely above places like Taco Bell, Taco Bueno, Del Taco and Taco Johns. The meal is ample and the different tacos have a variety of flavors. I went with the buttermilk chicken taco with corn salsa and the shrimp taco el fuego. If you are at the airport, this is where you need to go if you want an inexpensive Mexican meal.

15 minute wait for mediocre, lukewarm food. Better choices in the airport.
