This restaurant used to be great! Not anymore! After years of being a loyal customer, they have completed gone down the drain. The customer service is no longer good. Although, I live in the delivery area I was told that my home was far away and that is why the delivery driver was late delivering our meals that were promised to be there within 30 to 40 minutes. The last few times I have ordered food for delivery my order was wrong. When I brought this issue to the attention of the restaurant, I was told that they cannot confirm my order because the delivery person took the order and that what I ordered is not on the menu. Very frustrating and disappointing! Not to mention the food quality has gone down. The shrimp used for entre has a funny taste and the beef with broccoli leaves much to desire. I would highly recommend taking you business to Royal Stix or any of the other numerous Asian cuisine restaurants in the area.
