Rude, Crude and Uncaring. Young disrespectful kids running this joint. The food is consistently alright but there is no organization on orders. I waited 25 minutes on a cheese steak for lunch. After 10 or 15 people that got their food (same item that I ordered) I asked what was going on. Told them I had been waiting 20 minutes and was called a liar. Made them look at the credit card receipt and it had been 25. No apology, just excuses and bad attitude. I got my money back but didn’t get lunch that day at all. No response from the owner after two requests to employees, including his son, to call. IF YOUR LIMITED ON TIME DO NOT GO HERE. Try the American Deli in Newton Plaza. The Philly is better, the fries are incredible and the service is awesome.Bryan B. (Local to Covington)
Fresh & tasty!. I like how friendly the staff is but really like how fresh the food is! I’ve been here a few times & it’s always good. It can be crowded at lunch time & dinner but hey, it’s worth the wait. I hear they are opening another location with an expanded menu…can’t wait to try it!
This is the best cheesesteak south of the Mason Dixon line. Having lived in Philly and raised in NJ I can honestly say that I like it better than Pat’s in Philly.
Not good….. I got a philly cheesesteak combo with fries. Fries were hard with no salt and philly cheesesteak was overly salted. I will not try again

Delicious casual food. Such good cheesesteak, which I love with swiss. Sweet tea makes a great compliment. Perfect greasy spoon for lunch!
