If you order by phone, and if you’re told that it’ll be ready in ‘ten minutes’, be prepared for the probability that your ten minutes will begin after you arrive for pickup, even if it has already taken you 30 minutes to arrive. I ordered from downtown, on the way to my drive right past them to my place, a total drive of 40 minutes from downtown. To their credit, they did offer me a drink during my wait and gave me a free cheesecake for dessert while acknowledging that it does not make up for time lost.

Several people got up and left while we were there– the food seemed better 5 or 6 months ago. they hire illegal, undocumented immigrants– he owners should be reported and heavily fined for this. go somewhere else where the food is good and the manager is not a meanjerk.
