I went to this restaurant today i had a horrible experience. The service was slow the food was good once it came i had two refills of soda and on the second refill it had a baby roach in the ice ..I reported it to the waitress she spoke to the manager. He responded by taking off our drinks ..I was instructed that they were having problem with there ice machine and that they were buying ice .my beverage was clear so i caught it but had it been dark i would have not seen it. I will not patronize this restaurant again and will let my friends know as well
My family eats @ the brick house weekly and have enjoyed the food. The service is usually slow and occasionally unknowledgable of the menu. Today, I called to get a takeout order. I attempted to use their published coupon in a local flier. I was told the coupon was only for dine in despite the fact that it wasn’t written anywhere in the add or on the coupon. I canceled my order and went somewhere else for lunch. I am very disappointed.
Service Lacking. I have three words: WORST. SERVICE. EVER. If you want to go somewhere with decent attentiveness and receive your bill in a timely manner, this is not for you. When they have live music (a nice feature) I have waited for my bill for over two hours, while actively seeking my waitress. It’s a complete mess on the service front.
