Smiles from everyone which is very important to me. We ordered off lunch menu. Food was delicious! Had Caesar salad & half prime rib sandwich. House made chips with cheese and bacon bits were very yummy!!!Highly recommend!
Disappointed. That is all I can say. Took my wife out for a special dinner, ordered Flo’s filets, got sirloin filet. I did notice far fewer customers than a few months earlier. Dramatic loss of quality. Have removed myself from their email updates. Off of our list of places to go in the area. Very sad indeed.

Next time they came out charred on both sides along with the charred asparagus. I have been in the meat business for 50 plus years and have never seen a ribeye totally messed up as these 2 were . I have cut thousands of rib eyes but I have never seen such sorry cutting of steaks . Bottom line , I wasted 60.00 on this meal but I will never waste another dime in this so called steak house .
Do not use the restaurant for corporate events. Avoid LongHorn Steakhouse for business meetings or corporate events for larger parties more than 4. Management double books space and does not communicate with staff for setup and table configuration. The double book leaves no space for sufficient customer satisfaction. You may even be asked to move your event two minutes before start time. Furthermore you will end up setting your corporate group place settings. The serving staff did their very best under poor management trying to handle 2 large groups and the rest of the restaurant all at once. Which in the end makes events double in time due to slow service. When they double book space your event will end up in multiple tables and squished into booths. Recommends management overhauls communication with staff, improve party booking date management, dedicate at least one staff server for large parties during events, improve corporate customer service to better service area corporations who book events at LongHorn Steakhouse to ensure repeat corporate business.
Empty drink glasses at the Bar…. I’ve been a fan of Longhorn for years…food is always good and the period change in menu is keeps me from being bored. BUT…I’m so sick of the older blonde bartender who works there quite often in the evenings. The few times I’ve been to this location, I’ve waited, and waited and waited for my drinks. She talks with her friends and pays no attention as to whether my drink is empty. VERY POOR!!!The other bartenders are great…no complaints with them.
Always packed and terrible service. Food good if they get order right.
