  Outback Steakhouse Cumming seems to be this chains star performer in service and value in the Steakhouse category in the Atlanta area. The decor is masculine down home minimal country featuring wood tables and booths. Portion sizes are adequate. Menu prices are mid scale. While this is not a fancy Steakhouse it consistently gets rave reviews from patrons on food quality, food flavor and excellent service. While the restaurant does not have a private room the management will block off half the restaurant if you have a party of 30 or more. Positives: the service is outstanding. Management and the staff go above the normal to provide quick, frequent and friendly service. Most meat eaters will leave the restaurant with extremely happy bellies. Kid friendly. Negatives: Food is presented on the plate with little flare. The menu is limited for patrons with dietary restrictions. Due to the lack of menu variety vegetarians or vegans will be limited to one or two items. However on special request and advanced notice the restaurant can prepare a vegetable pasta dish which does not appear on the menu. Overall this is a meat eaters heaven at an affordable price.

  Overall bad experience. Sweet tea was awful, ordered shrimp did not get, steak was over cooked, and service was slow. Will not come back. So much for a nice steak on the 4th…
