Great Breakfast. I meet a friend here once a month for breakfast and it is a really cute and friendly place for breakfast. The staff is extremely nice and they always add the jalapenos for my omelette for me. I wish there were more spots in Cumming like this one.
Disappointed. I really wanted to like this place. First turnoff was the smell of old oil/grease when we walked in. That was explained when I got my order of onion rings dripping brown grease. I suspect the oil hasn’t hadn’t changed in a while. Also, while we arrived before noon and business wasn’t exactly hopping, the cooks/servers were wearing filthy aprons that were caked with food and grease – honestly they shouldn’t be bringing out the food looking like that. In addition to the onion rings I ordered the super veggie pita. The pita was soggy and falling apart from too much dressing – the pita didn’t taste the freshest and they don’t include avocado. It fell short of my expectations. Everyone was very nice but I don’t think I can get past the old oil and filthy aprons.
Cute little eatery with yummy food and coffee. Very friendly staff await to serve you! Not to mention they have the best cinnamon coffee cake ever known to man-homemade, too! #puredeliciousness
Terrible. Chicken salad sandwich with barely any chicken salad. All bread. The little bit of chicken salad I had was very bland. Over priced with no side. I paid $3 extra for a small side salad. A child was running the register. We will not be going back.
So disappointed!. Im so disappointed. I had high hopes. I went here a few weeks ago and got a salad and it was delicious. I went back today and got a chicken salad sandwich. It was all bread – barely any chicken salad on there and for around $8 would it hurt to put a piece of lettuce/tomato on there?! It was so bland. Does not come with any sides. And when you pay the bill on a to go order, the ipad only has an option to choose a tip, not to choose $0 for a tip. I mean why the tip on a to go order? My husband got some cinnamon bread and it came to $5 and change and gave $6 and they just kept the rest and walked away. Very presumptious. We wont be going back 🙁
Wildflower Wows!!. Driving through Cumming going to a baseball game when my daughter spotted this little eatery. And, since we are always looking to eat local and different, we stopped in…and I am so glad we did! The menu was simple, one page with a chalk board showing soups of the day and daily specials. The nice lady taking our order also turned out to be the owner. Turns out they used locally sourced products and make everything from scratch! And I believe they are opened just for breakfast and lunch. The Salads were unique and different and they make their own salad dressings here! We got a field green mixed salad and got a poppy seed dressing as well as a mustard vinaigrette dressing. these dressings should be bottled and sold! The sandwiches were all her own twist on standards as well. We got a Cuban. This was not my normal Tampa Cuban. It was wonderfully seasoned, roast pork on a toasted bun. It was very very good. As a side we ordered some homemade, hand breaded onion rings! They were outstanding too! And the best part? All this wonderfully homemade, fresh tasty food cost under $19. If your in Atlanta and looking for a nice and different lunch place, take a little trip to Cummings and get ya some Wildflower!
