Dropped in today hoping to find a restaurant to cure my Miami Blues! We tried ropa vieja, arroz con pollo, a mini cubano, tres leches cake and coffe. The place had a modest lunch crowd. The food was okay and the service was okay. It didn’t remind me of the Cuban food I recently had in Miami though.
Authentic, homemade Cuban food. Sandwiches are great as are the soups and other plates. The Spanish Bean soup is the best thing in the menu. Pork four ways and garbanzo beans. The ropa vieja was a little too soupy for my particular taste but the flavor was good. Congri is nicely done as well. Owner was super friendly and great with my girls.
