It was a terrible night for Bo-Time, as I ordered a 12pc Supremes Box, which took over 20 minutes to get my order. I got back to my hotel room and took one bite of a strip and tossed the whole order in the trash. They seemed to have been cooked in old oil and they looked it, they were greasy, burnt and just all around nasty. Called the manager and she admitted that the oil was old and dirty and they were changing it out, said that they must have dropped my order in the old oil. The staff should have known just by the look of the strips something was wrong. Let alone the cooks should have known that the oil was no good.Wasted $16.90 and got nothing to show for it at all. Manager said she would replace it, if I wanted to come back. But I’ve already been there once and was settled down in my hotel room. She could have at least made the offer to refund my credit card, but I got the feeling she was busy and not interested in my issues.
