We stopped in the Chop Shop for lunch today. This was our first visit and I was impressed with the establishment. It has a butcher shop, a grocery section, a health store and a deli. The health store is actually a separate business called The Grove & Vine which carries a large selection of olive oil blends. It is decorated quite nicely. See my photo. The facility is clean and very orderly. The deli has a small dining area that can sit approximately 25 patrons. There was a good crowd here. The menu isn’t too extensive but included a few items that are not too common in Dalton. I thought I’d go simple and try the Reuben Sandwich and an order of onion rings. Both were great! I plan to return soon to try that Bison Burger!
