This is hands down the best japanese food in the area. The sauce that they make is drained straight from heaven’s clouds and the food is cooked perfectly by the friendly staff. I wish they were open later than just lunch but I will take what I can get. The inside of the restaurant is a little old but the food is so good you will simply not care. Staff is much better than the rag tag group at Fuji who are there for fat tips and to listen to rap over the loud speakers. Eat at Ginja and enjoy!

Awesome hibachi !!. The food is off the chain (excellent) the dinner menu comes with the salad, and soup which is just like fuji. and the best part is…. CHEAP! however if your looking for elegance this may not be the place for you. The staff are some genuinely awesome. It’s like they have known you there entire life!! I will return again.
Best Japanese food I have ever had. Let’s be honest the atmosphere and location is terrible. But the ladies that run the place are great, always attentive and willing get you whatever you need. The quality of the food is the best I have ever had, better than most of the upscale places. The sauce is what makes this place though I have no idea what’s in that sauce but I drive from Cleveland to eat here because I can’t find sauce like that anywhere, it’s perfect! I would frequent this place at least once a week for lunch, If there is one thing I miss about working in Dalton, it’s lunches at Ginja.Side note – The menu pictures are not for Ginja, those are for Kani House, another Japanese restarunt in the area. Ginja’s prices are MUCH cheaper.
Best Japanese hibachi grill food In the area. there are some much nicer ones in terms of fancier atmosphere but nobody can touch the taste and quality of the food. One of our favorite local restaurants!
