Lalo’s to Go is a recently opened restaurant in downtown Dalton, GA. It is located in the old Central Park building off of Thornton Ave. It is a drive-thru only establishment. No indoor dining. I stopped in for lunch a few weeks ago. I had a Steak Quesadilla, it came with rice, salad and chips n’ salsa. It was decent, but didn’t provide anything that all the other Mexican restaurants in the area don’t already offer. I don’t know how they’ll do since they’re competing with dozens of other eateries with very similar menus and flavors in which most do have interior dining.
