Ryan is great. I only eat here if Ryan T. is working. Been here alot over the years and service has always been poor until Ryan was our server on one visit. Now if he is there I will eat if not I will go to Applebees.17 Sep, 2011Bad Service. The food here is ok same as any O’Charley’s but we have never had good service here.
Food pretty much spot on. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Shouldn’t be too hard to smile, take your order, fill drinks in a timely manner. Pet peeve is getting drinks refilled and slow food delivery. Good servers few an far between here. Management need be more friendly and visible to patrons. Good mgrs.help make employees better and happier diners.
The new renovations are no help. Had a late dinner on a Friday night. The food was average at best. The biggest issue. The waiter took our order and brought our check. That’s it. I had to get up and fill our drinks myself 3 times. The worst part of this was the manager saw me having to do this and then walked off and never offered any assistance. I was given a discount but the manager never came out to speak with me, he kept delaying until I just left. My opinion, close and let a new restaurant take over the bldg.
Gave it another try. My wife and I had dinner here last week and the food was very good and cooked to order. We had tried this location several times and always had bad service. This time we had a young man (Ryan) that was really on his game. When we go back if he doesn’t have a table we will go on down the road.27 Sep, 2011Slow inefficient service. Food is O’Charley’s but we have never received good service at this location. It has always been clean and the food good but I don’t have the patience for slow inefficient service.
