Worst drinks $6 Rip Off. The meals were okay and portions were large. The four of us all order mixed drinks. You could barely taste the booze. You should taste scotch or Jack D. The southern comfort was a joke. The glasses where full but the booze was missing. A real rip off.
WTG Red Lobster!. Complete turn around thank you to the wonderful staff, our waitress was so very friendly, Our food was cooked perfect and they made our 9 yr old son feel so welcomed!! I will be back again soon. 🙂
I had great service at this location. Seems they may be understaffed in the waiting department but our server was courteous and efficient. The endless shrimp is always good when RL is running that special. My wife had the seafood stuffed flounder and it was excellent. Daughter had the Cajun chicken linguini and it was very good also. But RL is the Burger King of seafood. It’s good for what it is.
Decent. I don’t eat here too often, but most of my experiences have been decent. I’d have to say that the food is more hit or miss than the service. I’ve always had good service and I really have no complaints in that department. It does seem as if the portions have shrank over the years, while the prices have increased. I’m not crazy about this establishment, but it seems to fill its niche. Complimentary biscuits are very good.
I eat Red Lobster a lot!! Sservice is not good most of the time at Dalton. It’s a bit of a drive but when I can I go to the Hamilton Place location in chattanooga where the service is excellent !
Red Lobster is Red Lobster. This location is a hit or miss when it comes to service. We used to eat here often, the food is Red Lobster (which is fast food seafood to me) but as of recent their service is way below average. When we want Red Lobster we head to the one at Hamilton Place. And if you’re in Dalton there is much better seafood in town.
I like the RL chain. Service is the downfall at this one though. HUGE. I only come here if others want to eat here. Plenty of other locations (2) in the Chattanooga area.
