Very Good. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here, so my wife and I decided to drop in one Friday night for dinner. Below is a full critique of the experience:Atmosphere: Small establishment, but spot-on for those looking for that home-town country feel. This used to be a house and still has that same atmosphere, like you’re eating at someone’s residence. Country decor, some antiques. I was really impressed. FOUR FORKS!!!!Cleanliness: I didn’t experience any major issues, overall clean. 3.5 Forks!!!.Service: Friendly and punctual, no complaints. 3.5 FORKS!!!.Quality of Food: My wife had the Hamburger Steak(really good). I had the Brisket(also, really good). For sides we tried baked beans(good). slaw(alright, but not my style), onion rings(very good). Overall, I’d give the food FOUR FORKS!!!! BBQ Sauce was good, not the best, but good.Value of Food: I believe the pricing of their entrees is better than your average BBQ establishment. Our ticket was like $15.00 for both of us. 4.5 FORKS!!!!.Final Score: 3.9 FORKS!!!: VERY GOOD
I eat wings at nearly every town I visit, and I have to say that this place has had the best I have encountered. Smoked to perfection and just the right touch of spice. The bbq was good but I highly recommend their chicken if you go there. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
