Best rueben ever…. Yummy… Good with either Turkey or the beef.
LOVE IT!!!!! But the only problem is the old woman who shouts at her employees. Its seems like she dosent appericate the help. Other than her its so GOOD. And the food is FABULOUS!!!
Mamaw liked it. It used to be in the United Grocery Outlet center, I first remember eating there in the 90s. Famous for desserts. I recommend soup.
I think it might become a Friday night thing!. Man, what can I say. We split a pastrami Reuben and had a bowl of vegetable beef stew each. The soup was tasty although I would call it more of a vegetable beef soup than stew. Stew is much chunkier in my experience. STILL TASTY though! The Reuben was mouthwatering! Just the right mix of Pastrami and Russian dressing combined with kraut on two fresh rye sandwich slices. We closed out by splitting(80/20 of course) a piece of Coconut pie. It was awesome as usual as well!
I tried the turkey melt yesterday, and it was good. Today I tried the peanut butter club melt, and was blown away. I felt like a child eating it, and I was in heaven. The white buttered bread was killer too. It fell apart easily, but that didn’t bother me a bit. I was too busy enjoying myself. Warm peanut butter, marshmallow, and bacon. Ill be useless for the rest of the day now. Also, prices are very reasonable.
Good food! I have never eaten anything here that I didn’t like! The atmosphere and menu variety are not as good as some other Dalton sandwich shops, but the friendly staff and fast service make up for that.
GREAT. I moved to Dalton several months ago and this was the first place I went to for lunch with my new co-workers. The soup, sandwiches and desserts are wonderful. When my daughter visits from college it’s the first place she wants to go for lunch, and we always take a dessert home for later. I have noticed neg comments about the woman at the counter but I think it adds a certain charm to the place. Also, if they can make food that good, who cares if she doesn’t smile when she takes your money!
