I’ve only eaten here a few times, so I can’t comment about much of the entrees. I’ve had the tacos and I like them. This is an authentic Mexican hole-in-the-wall. Don’t come expecting much in the ambience department, but the food is the real deal and the prices are very reasonable. Go give it a try.
Delicious, well-priced tortas. This is real Mexican food, not Americanized fare. It’s a smallish place that has a family-run feel to it. My kids love the horchata and my husband and I think it’s the best torta around. I can’t believe the size of the torta you get for $5!

Best in Dalton. I know this is currently the best in Dalton as I’ve tried them all. I believe the cook’s name is Manuel and is a relative of the Espinoza’s and started cooking there over 10 years ago. They have many of the meats that other places have on their menu but usually do not have when you order them. Very good authentic Mexican food. I always get two tacos de chicharrons to end the meal and if you get those you need to be ready for some heat.
Best Menudo in Dalton… Period. My wife and I are regular customers here… love it very much… simple mom and pop mexican joint. Not Americanized Mexican but authentic south of the border fare… my favorite available only on the weekend is the Menudo… Beef Tripe soup. Terrific is all I can say.. Only thing that would make it better is homemade tortillas…. tacos are also very good… come and try this place out… you will be glad u did.
I have tried the Tacos at this restaurant and I like them pretty well. Very basic and tasty. You really can’t you wrong! I over-smelled some fajitas at a table behind me and I will have to try them soon. They have a wide variety of filings for tacos, more than most places. I will post a menu later. This is a good local Mexican restaurant…
