  I would give it a lower rating if it were available.Thank goodness for social media it will change the way we are treated as customers and the way we shop. Management at this restaurant thinks they are doing you a favor by letting you eat there.Of course by the other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks we should let the owners and managers of this restaurant look for another line of employment.We live in this area and have always eat at this location until after today. This company evidently does not values it’s customers anymore. Order an entree today and added a salad to the meal. After eating most of the salad, we realized that we were running late and needed to get the main entree to go. When we asked to have the meal placed in a to go box the manager came to our table and told us that we could not do this because it was against their policy and would have to charge for a full salad bar if we wanted to take the rest of the food with us. So I asked if she could explain what the difference in eating the one trip salad and getting the plates brought to the table and then having them put in a to go box. She could not answer the question. So we paid for the full salad bar and eat the one salad plate which was definitely not worth $9.00 including drink. My problem is that there could have been a correct way to handle the problem so that there was a win win situation. Now some people will take the time to read this post and choose not to show patronage to this restaurant and others will simply ignore it. This company definitely needs some training when it comes to handling customers. When I told the alleged general manager of the problem and that bad word of mouth travels fast he just grinned as if he cared less.

  Hit or Miss. I try to stay away from this place, but ever so often I end up here, usually with a party. It’s funny. Sometimes I leave impressed, but most of the time I leave with no intentions to return. Everything is hit or miss.

  My wife loves this place. Ga. Cattlemen meet her once a month and all seem to really like the food and service. I think thats a good recommendation from a bunch of farmers. Wife would eat here every day if she could get me out of the house. Keep up good food & service W S.

  The bar is a great option but I go to this place for steaks! The staff is on the ball. They are very attentive but not in your face every five minutes. Its very warm family friendly. My husband had the bar and he was impressed and he normally would dislike buffets. The rolls are blissful the baked potatoes are good. The fried catfish was light and full of flavor! The salads are prefect! My steak was big and juicy! They have specials if you watching your wallet! The place was clean and festive. The only thing I would add was a bar!! Lol! But its a family place. 🙁 but none the less def. Going again!!

  Better than Ryan’s or Golden Corral. I like Western Sizzlin for the niche that it fills. I mean, even if by default in comparison to the competition. If you don’t want to go to Longhorn or Outback for whatever reasons, this is the place to take the family and get the most for your money, unless you just crave the buffet style. They offer you a buffet here, but I am talking about a cooked to order steak without any frills. I like my steak medium rare and the chef/cook got it on the money tonight. I think Ryan’s and Golden Corral are a step below this place. The service was good tonight too.
