Just get the Hot and Spicy Hot Pot. Period. Don’t worry about anything else. The service isn’t rude, they just don’t speak English. Like at all. The Hot Pot will make everything OK though. Some truly badass authentic food.
So, I’ll start out with the positive: the food is good. However, if you want the most unbelievably rude service imaginable, look no further, you’ve found your place.I’ve been going to this place for approximately 2 years. One day, however, I ordered a dish I never received. When I politely informed the server that I had not received my food, she rudely insisted that she had put it on the table while I was in the bathroom and that my girlfriend must have eaten it. Mind you, this was $4 worth of tofu and enough that there’s no way you would have eaten it in 4 minutes and forgotten about it. I ask again for my food and she begins yelling at me that we had received the food. We try one more time to get the food and end up getting yelled at over and over again. Basically, the entire restaurant heard us being accused of stealing $4 of food. Why on earth a long time loyal customer would try to steal $4 worth of tofu is beyond me. What felt like an eternity later, the cook finally came out and told us he would make us the tofu. It might also be worth noting that they insulted my girlfriend (in a racist manner) in Chinese (she is not Chinese) to my face with her sitting there. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.This is by far the worst I’ve ever been treated at a restaurant. I don’t think I’ve even been treated that rudely by a complete stranger in my life. I strongly recommend eating anywhere else because if they forget your food, you will be yelled at and insulted for the rest of your meal.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — DO NOT GO!. Totally not worth it. Waiter service is a joke. Nobody brought us water, had to get water by ourselves. Dishes are expensive and bad both in terms of quantity and quality. Will never go back again.
